The Steps of the Brain

_

Our brains go through a feedback loop. First we perceive the world though our senses, sight and hearing being in the back and then back sides of the brain. From there it goes to the middle brain where emotions are and we become afraid of or want to approach what we have seen and head. Animals, of course, are mainly looking at if it is to avoid or eat it. Next stop is the frontal lobes where we plan how to avoid or approach. Last it goes to the top of the head where operation of the body is executed, also our sense of touch. Anyway, this loop is repeated over and over. An obsessive compulsive person has a very stung loop, so they see a mess, want to clean it up, plan it, and do it.

To improve our judgement and actions we need to improve on these four stages and balance them out so we are not just looky-loos, drama Kings and Queens, over intellectualize, or act without thinking first. Also, if we feel trapped and in danger the loop is governed by our survival mode. In that case we may deceive ourselves, turn greedy, believe in nonsense, and turn aggressive. I will go over these steps and suggestions to help us be less handicapped.
